What got my attention was when you said that enrolling in a self-defense class will teach the person to have great reflexes that when they get into a troubled situation, they won’t have to think about how they should react. I will be sure to let my sister know about that because she has been the one who wanted to be stronger since we were young. She wants to be able to manage without me watching over her all the time, but she’s just too sensitive. I think she needs to learn self-defense. Thank you for sharing.
